“The Stryke Recovery ice bath has been a game-changer for my wellness routine!”

“I feel refreshed and envigorated after every ice bath. The best part, it’s easy to use – no more bags of ice. The product quality and service from Scott at Stryke was amazing. I wish I had done it sooner.”

“Great quality. Great service.”

“Loving our outdoor sauna. The red cedar smell is amazing, I’ve even talked Phil into using the sauna. As a nurse on my feet all day, it helps me relax every day after work. Scott was able to custom-build this to fit our outdoor pool area – we now have a true wellness centre in our backyard.”
