What is the temperature range of your Ice Baths?

While it’s a powerhouse for cold plunges, this unit is actually a hybrid. The integrated chiller can adjust water temperatures from a chilly 3°C all the way up to a toasty 42°C. This allows you to switch between ice baths and hot therapy depending on your recovery needs.

To keep the stainless steel in top condition and prevent rust or mineral buildup, follow these steps:

  • Regular Cleaning: Periodically wipe the surface to remove dust and mineral deposits.
  • No Metal Contact: Do not leave metal tools or containers in the tub for long periods, as this can cause metallic interaction and rust.
  • Rust Spot Treatment: If a spot appears, gently scrub it with toothpaste, then rinse and dry it immediately.
  • Chemical Rinse: Ensure all detergents are thoroughly rinsed off, and the surface is dried to avoid corrosion from chemical residue.

Yes, depending on your model and if you have the WiFi or Bluetooth add-on, the unit can be managed remotely via the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app, available for iOS and Android. Please ensure your mobile and the chiller are connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network for the app to function correctly.

The units are compatible with standard 220V 50Hz power supplies. To ensure the system operates safely:

  • Settling Time: Once the tub is in its final position, let it rest for at least 20 minutes before plugging it in to allow the coolant to settle properly.
  • Extension Cords: If you must use an extension cord, ensure it is a heavy-duty 12-gauge cord to provide sufficient power.

Cold water immersion is highly effective but must be used with caution. Stop your session immediately and call 000 if you experience any of the following:

  • Violent shivering or, in severe cases, the cessation of shivering.
  • Sluggishness, confusion, or speech impediments.
  • Blue-tinted skin (cyanosis) or an irregular heartbeat.

Freezing conditions can cause significant damage to the plumbing that is not covered by the warranty. If the unit will be exposed to temperatures below 1°C, or if the temperature stays below 0°C for more than 12 hours, you must drain the tub, filter, and chiller completely.
